Fondé en 1941,le Grand Baie Yacht Club  est situe dans la plus belle baie du nord de l ile Maurice. Il a une longue tradition d'acceuil des navigateurs etrangers visitant l'ile.

Avec son site exceptionel,il est plus que jamais actif dans le domaine de la voile,que ce soit  en courses  croisieres,deriveurs ou ecole de voile.

Founded in 1941 the Grand Baie Yacht Club is located in the most beautiful bay of the north part of the island. It has an old tradition of welcoming foreign yachtmen.

On this exceptional location the GBYC is more than ever very active in sailing, whether in yacht or dinghy racing,or with its sailing school.
